Shipping policy

All orders are picked and packed within 4 working days (delays can occur during busy periods).  If you are paying via Humm Finance please allow time to process the payment - as we start packing after payment is in the bank.

The Squiggy E-Bike arrives in a box and come 95% assembled. Self assemble is required on the front wheel, handle bar and pedals. For local pick up, assembly is done free of charge.

After pick and pack, delivery times are approx (delays can occur during busy periods):

Melbourne: 1-3 working days. 

Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 2-4 working days.

Perth & Regional Australia: 4-6 working days.

We offer flat rate delivery pricing for all of Australia.

RETURN POLICY

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless you have paid for the Love it and Return It - 

Depending on the size and type of the product being ordered, the flat rate will vary. Battery-powered products require dangerous goods shipping, so are more expensive to send as they require specialist handling.
